Greg Spezzano
Greg has over three decades of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, holding operational and strategic leadership roles in Berkshire Residential Investments, Riverstone Residential Group, Alliance Residential Company, Lincoln Property Company, Shapell Industries, IDM Corporation, Corcoran Jennison Company, and Westin Hotels. Greg is currently Managing Director at Hudson Advisors, overseeing all multifamily investments in the UK.
Jason Sundram
A veteran of both startup and big tech companies, Jason brings a user-focused lens to building audacious AI-driven products at scale. He has demonstrated technical expertise across a staggering variety of domains, from laser light scattering, to advanced Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Audio understanding. After creating products and technologies at companies acquired by PayPal and Spotify, he spent the past decade+ building high-performing teams delivering AI products at Facebook and Amazon.
